Restaurant Industry Press was founded in 2024 by a former restaurant GM who ran a three-unit independent group for nine years, and a trade-press editor who covered hospitality for a national restaurant monthly. We don't write restaurant reviews. We don't cover chef celebrity. Our audience is people whose phone rings when the walk-in goes down at 4pm on a Saturday, and we write accordingly.
